My working day is coming to an end and i can kick off my shoes. my feet are tired… i take every opportunity to relieve my leg pain.every time i come into view, i try to relieve the pain in my feet by taking one of them out of my shoes. i do the same with one leg and then the other. i rub one leg, then the other.
