Art will always imitate real life and unfortunately for izzy, he was scammed out of money for tickets to an event.  add a little fantasy to the mix and you get this scene!  loborud found the scammer and managed to get him restrained so that they could have their ticklish ways with him.  it’s not about the money at this point!  it’s about ticklish justice!
