I didn’t even know cat burglars were still a thing!  buff blondie seems to think she’s got the skill set for it.  she even manages to find some money hidden away.  that’s what i get for carrying cash.  luckily i’m there to [redacted: gotta meet compliance] and [also redacted! heh heh]. she’s tied up tight and quickly called before she can summon help, although since she’s the intruder that probably isn’t favorable to her.  so she’s really in a conundrum.  the only solution is to see if she can escape on her own.  the odds don’t seem to be in her favor though.
