Bramble, Tom, and Alex are filming an extreme adult video with a unique twist. Instead of promoting the usual violent or fetishistic content, they’re creating a social advertisement about the dangers of smoking – which is tied to cancer cases. However, things take an unexpected turn when Bramble’s discomfort during filming escalates into a darker fantasy.
As the shoot progresses, tension mounts between the characters. Bramble isn’t enthusiastic about her cancer costume or being tied up so tightly. Despite her protests, Alex ties Bramble’s hands behind her back, making it difficult for her to move. To add realism to the advertisement, Tom asks Alex to also tie up Bramble’s ankles and knees. She’s now lying on the floor, bound and uncomfortable as Tom’s dissatisfaction with the shoot grows.
Alex’s creativity knows no bounds as he tightens Bramble’s elbows and wrists for a better shot. But it’s not enough for Tom – he wants Alex to tighten Bramble even more so she can’t move at all. He also tells Alex to step on her head, making her feel even more humiliated and powerless.
Things spiral out of control when Bramble is sent into semi-suspension. Her hands hurt, she’s struggling to breathe, and she’s no longer having fun being filmed. As Tom’s fantasy gets out of control, he and Alex decide that it would be great to “make cancer choke.” Alex tightens his grip on Bramble’s throat and nose, causing her to squirm and cough.
Bramble is on the brink of tears, begging the guys to untie her and let her go. The ropes are squeezing her body too tightly, making it difficult for her to breathe. But Tom is still dissatisfied with the result. The video ends with Bramble, a helpless giantess, trapped in a fantasy of her own making.
