in another one of the recruit training rooms, the masked instructor starts by carefully stuffing a cloth rag into the new trainee’s mouth, before wrapping another cloth around her awe-struck face. she lets out a muffled cry as her arms are yanked behind her back and tightly tied to each other. finally, as the instructor ties the woman’s legs together, she directs the recruit to free herself if she wants to pass, before shutting the door on her. desperate to pass, the young woman struggles against her tightly-knotted binds, wiggling back and forth, but the rope won’t budge even an inch. the distraught woman lay on her side, bound and curled up in a ball, defeated.
