Sheesh, it’s hard out there for secretaries.  why, out of all the people who work in an office, are they the ones who seem to get captured, bound and gagged the most? rachel is in two positions here.  first she’s laying on the sofa, blindfolded and gagged with a knotted cloth.  she writhes and moans, ending up on the floor, but having no success with freeing herself. that’s followed up by a new gag.  this time a stress ball is stuffed in her mouth and sealed with layers of tape that cover the lower half of her face.  not letting her push that ball out!  she then ends up folded down to her knees.  funny how one extra rope can make a ton of difference. she stays on the couch this time, probably because she realizes a fall would not be in her best interest in her current state.  smart.
